the Ocean Star Express fast boat service, we provide a
reliable daily service from anywhere in Bali to Gili Trawangan
and Lombok with the shortest possible sea crossing of
approximately 60 minutes from Padang Bai harbour. Fast boat to
Lombok and the Gilis, the Ocean Star Express, provides twice
daily departures from Padang Bai with the shortest possible sea
crossing. Ocean Star Express combines a picturesque road trip
with the shortest possible sea crossing time.
OCEAN STAR
EXPRESS is the smartest choice of travelling to escape from
Bali to Gili Islands and Lombok. Offering Safety, Speed,
Luxurious, Comfort and Reliability. Definitely It is the
quickest way of travelling from south Bali (Sanur, Kuta,
Jimbaran and Nusa Dua area). Departure and arrival are from
Padangbai.
Ocean Star Express operate the 16 m long fast boat, Is custom
built to carry 32 passengers and the most comfortable and
special individual seats design. the vessel is powered with 4 x
250 HP four stroke Suzuki engines and capable of cruising
comfortably at 35 knots. And also the only fast boat service
provide FREE breakfast box upon check in at their private
lounge, with full music and DVD player an cold face towels on
board, and also has western toilet facility. DAILY service from
Padangbai Harbour in east part of Bali to Gili Trawangan and
Lombok. There is ample cabin to stow luggage and each passenger
is allowed two bags. Its have the latest in safety features and
equipment, and standard life preserver for every passenger. fuel
capacity 1500 Lt, radar, GPS, depth sounder, ship-to-shore
radio, two life rafts (capsule) with capacities of 20 people
each, life jackets, fire extinguisher, also included is
passenger insurance.

Terms
and Conditions
1. The trip is NOT suitable for

People with back and heart problem or other physical
impediments

Infant not recommended for this trip. However if the
parents insist, they must complete a Disclaimer
letter releasing the Company Name and all its
officers and /or employees, agents from negligence
and any further legal action by any Party, prior to
the trip commencement.
2. Cancellation or Late arrive or No-show fee
Full seats payment will be charged for any cancellation
made less then 2 days Prior guest departure for regular
season and 7 days prior to guest departure for high
season.
3. Re-schedule Trip
Re-schedule is base on seats availability and should be
made 2 days prior to guest departure for regular season
and 7 days prior to guest departure for high season
4. Refunds
In the event of a trip cancellation from the company,
the company shall refund any funds paid by the passenger
direct to the company, or any funds already paid by an
agent to the company on the passenger's behalf. The
passenger is responsible for collecting any funds paid
to agents which have not yet been paid in the company.
5. Connecting Flights
Company Name is a point to point carrier and we do not
take responsibility for any delays or connecting flight
6. Luggage Allowance
Each passenger is entitled to a maximum of 2 pieces
luggage carried free of charge, not exceeding a total
weight of 25kg. The company reserves the rights to check
contents of any baggage, and to refuse baggage items.
The company accepts no responsibility for loss or damage
to luggage during transit.
7. Land Transportation in Bali
Transportation is provided free of charge to/from a
specific address in designated areas of Bali. This
address must be specified at the time of booking and
cannot be changed. Our drivers are under strict
instruction to refuse to take passengers to more then
one location. Drop off destination in Bali may not be
changed after departure.
8. Children / infant policy

Parents should be aware, there will be a big
possibility the trip will be bumpy.
