NAROOMA FAST BOAT
The ISLAND GETAWAY
fast boat service from Benoa to Lombok and the Gilis.Island
Getaway operate the 16 metre long fast boat ' Narooma' with the
only daily service from Benoa in south Bali to Gili Trawangan,
Gili Air and Lombok. She is custom built to carry 24 passengers
with unique individual comfortable seating, sun deck and full
size western toilet. Free soft drinks, snacks & fruit, on
arrival and aqua drinking water during the crossing.
Narooma (Aboriginal word meaning CLEAR BLUE WATER) is a custom
built vessel equipped with three 250hp Suzuki outboard motors,
24 individual Recaro style seating, international standard
safety equipment all combining to offer a high speed,
comfortable and safe trip direct to and from Gili Trawangan and
Lombok.

Disclaimer & terms & condition of
carriage
In purchasing or booking a ticket all passengers agree to the
following terms and conditions:
General:
The passenger shall
comply with the instructions of company’s staff concerning all
matters connected with the service and shall comply with any
notice exhibited on the vessel. The company reserves the right
to refuse to carry any passenger of goods without assigning
reason.
This contract is subject to the laws of Indonesia, and may only
be varied by agreement in writing between the company and the
passenger. Verbal promises by booking agents or clerks will not
be recognized by the company.
Cancellations & Delays:
The company
reserves the right to vary the service in any whatsoever without
any liability to the passenger. The company shall not be liable
for any loss, damage or injury which way arise in the event of
cancellation or delay of the service. The company shall not be
liable in any way to the cost of any accommodation or for any
alternative means of travel which may arise through cancellation
or delays. Additional expense so arising shall be sole liability
and responsibility of the passenger.
Refunds:
In the event of a
trip cancellation from the company, the company shall refund any
funds paid by the passenger direct to the company , or any funds
already paid by an agent to the company on the passenger’s
behalf. The passenger is responsible for collecting any funds
paid to agents which have not yet been paid to the company.
In the event of a ticket or booking being cancelled by the
passenger, the company reserves the right to charge cancellation
fees as follows:
Cancellation more than 2 weeks of travel :
full refund.
Cancellation less than 2 weeks bit more than 48 hours from date
of travel : 50% refund. Cancellation less than 48 hours of
travel : no refund.
Baggage Allowance:
Each passenger is
entitled to a maximum 2 pieces luggage carried free of charge,
not exceeding a total weight of 25 kg. If loading is available
then excess luggage will be carried at the company’s standard
rates, or may be stored at the company’s office in Bali if space
is available. The company reserves the right to check contents
of any baggage, and to refuse certain baggage items.
The company accepts no responsibility for loss or damage to
luggage during transit.
Road transportation in Bali:
Road transportation
is provided free of charge to/from ONE SPECIFIC ADDRESS in
designated areas of Bali (Kuta and Sanur). This address must be
specified at the time booking, and cannot be changed. Our
drivers are under strict instructions to refuse to take
passenger to more than one location (ie-they will not drive
around trying to find a hotel if passenger has not specified an
address)
