The Villa Tiara
offers you peace and quiet in the relaxing atmosphere that
surrounds the villa.Completed in 2009, the environment has
played a big part in building Villa Tiara. The villa is using
atmospheric LED lights, solar powered water heaters, and a large
tropical garden that blends in with the natural environment
surrounding the villa. The villa is centered around the infinity
edge private swimming pool of 12 by 7 meters which is facing
towards the neighboring Bali island, providing you with one of
the most stunning views and sunset you will ever see.
The living area of the villa is spacious, including a TV lounge
area, a great dining area and a private kitchen for those who
want to explore their cooking skills. All three bedrooms have
king sized beds, iPod docking stations, private bathrooms with
en-suite bath tubs and indoor/outdoor showers.
The top-end rated Villa Tiara is a modern 3-bedroom villa
located on “The Hill”, a private resort in the Batu Layar area,
which is home to one of the most stunning views you can find on
Lombok. Villa Tiara is just twenty minutes away from Lombok’s
Selaparang airport, and ten minutes away from the vibrant
Sengigi area, Lombok’s best known tourist area filled with
international restaurants, cozy café’s, boutiques, souvenir
shops and the art market.
The staff
One Villa Manager: meets and greets the guests upon arrival, and
helps enable the villa staff to meet the expectations of each
guest.
Two Villa Attendants: in charge for housekeeping, laundry and
cooking.
One Security Guard: on duty to ensure the safety and security of
the guest and the surroundings.
One Gardener and Pool Attendant: works discretely in maintaining
the landscape and the swimming pool without distracting the
guests.
Accommodation
Each of the three bedrooms in Villa Tiara are spacious with king
sized beds, mini-bar, private bathrooms with indoor/outdoor
showers and en-suite bath tubs.
An iPod docking station is present as well to enable you to
listen to your favorite music, in the relaxing atmosphere of the
LED lighting.
Location
Villa Tiara is located on “The Hill”, a private owned, up-market
hillside with a spectacular view towards Bali island, and is now
considered one of the classiest properties on Lombok. It is
located conveniently twenty minutes away from Lombok’s
Selaparang airport, and ten minutes away from the vibrant
Sengigi area.
The Sengigi area is home to a variety of international
restaurants, cozy café’s, tour operators, supermarkets and
moneychangers, as well as a broad choice of souvenir shops and
boutiques and much more.

Cancellation Notice :
During Low Season
No Cancellation
Fee will be charged on cancellation received by us 10 days
prior to arrival date and for cancellation received less
than 10 days prior to arrival 1 (one) night room charge plus
applicable 21% for government tax & service charges will be
applied and in event of no show or on same day cancellation
notice is subject to full amount of total room booked.
During High & Peak Season (From 20th July to 31st August,
20th December to 5th January).
A cancellation fee of an amount equal to the entire value of
the booking will be applied for all cancellation less than
30 days of arrival.

Remarks: For December 20th - January 5th bookings,
Term and Condition : Minimum 3 nights stay required, No
Arrival and Departure on 31st December and on 1st January.

Extra-person charges may apply and vary depending on hotel
policy.

Guests must show current government-issued proof of identity at
the time of check-in.

Photo identification and credit card or cash deposit are
required at check-in for incidental charges.

Special requests are subject to availability upon check-in and
may incur additional charges. Special requests cannot be
guaranteed.
Payment Procedure & Booking Confirmation

We are so
pleased to work on pre-payment system and therefore your
booking is automatically confirmed with confirmation number &
code, once you have done the wire transfer to our account.

No refund
will be made if you decide to check-out earlier than the
reservation made.
