The Setangi
Villas Located on the west coast of the idyllic island of
Lombok, just 7kms north of the main tourism resort of Senggigi,
Setangi Hill Villas is a world away from the hectic pace of
everyday life.
With time and patience to explore the island, we have found a
unique and tranquil location on the hillside of Setangi Village.
From this unique location, there are panoramic views of the
verdant palm valley below, the surrounding mountains and the
open sea stretching across the Lombok Strait, with the island of
Bali and the south east countryside silhouetted on the horizon.
Villa Montrachet
Villa Montrachet has
a luxurious design with three bedrooms, each with private
bathrooms, from which the wonderful views of the sea and valley
can be enjoyed.
The villa consists of three separate buildings (205 sqm) which,
through strategic placing, create a beautiful harmony. Through
the lower parking area, enter a covered walkway with access to
the entrance to maid quarters, office, public bathroom and
storage areas; and immediately have a sense of the spaciousness
of the property.
The main building houses the spacious living room with modern
kitchen (55sqm), featuring wide views of the skyline. On either
side is a bedroom with ensuite bathroom (32,5 sqm and 28,5 sqm).
The semi detached master bedroom at the front of the property
has its own spacious quarters (40sqm), together with a large
private bathroom (19 sqm) with all amenities and open air shower
under the sky.
Villa Montrachet also has a beautiful swimming pool
(38,5sqm)with wide terraces and sun decking, where you can enjoy
all that makes living on Setangi Hill so special.
Villa Mondotte
Villa Mondotte ( total built 163sqm) characterised by unique
angled rooflines that recur over all rooms. It is best described
as a villa overlooking the horizon situated on 800 sqm prime
hill land
Minimalist in design and careful attention to detail is given,
creating clean lines. From the central living room with kitchen
(47,5 sqm) you have a beautiful view over the spacious pool
(38,5 sqm) all the way to the open sea.
On the right is the spacious master bedroom with attached

The detached gazebo (20sqm) at the front alongside the swimming

Villa Mouton
Striking and stylish are the words that describe the design of
Villa Mouton. Chosen for its cubist design with an asymmetric
roofline, where the open spaces are fully utilized.
The villa has a large living room with adjoining kitchen
(74,5sqm). Next to this is a spacious undercover lounge-area
(24sqm), looking out over the sea.
The first floor is reached via a staircase at the rear of the
villa, where the master bedroom (31sqm), spacious bathroom (
14,5sqm) and guest bedroom face out to the sea. The master
bedroom enjoys access to the floating upstairs terrace (24sqm)
with views across the coconut groves.
Central to the villa you will enjoy a large swimming pool (38,5
sqm) with terrace and decking areas. The crowning glory of the
villa is the separate guesthouse (48sqm) at the front of the

Villa Massandra
Villa Massandra is a stunning open-design villa, with clean

Cancellation Notice :
During Low Season
No Cancellation
Fee will be charged on cancellation received by us 10 days
prior to arrival date and for cancellation received less
than 10 days prior to arrival 1 (one) night room charge plus
applicable 21% for government tax & service charges will be
applied and in event of no show or on same day cancellation
notice is subject to full amount of total room booked.
During High & Peak Season (From 20th July to 31st August,
20th December to 5th January).
A cancellation fee of an amount equal to the entire value of
the booking will be applied for all cancellation less than
30 days of arrival.

booking is automatically confirmed with confirmation number &
code, once you have done the wire transfer to our account.
