Sisi is Lombok private villas located in Senggigi area with
9 m pool, sleeps 7 in 3 en suite bedrooms. A superb deluxe villa
with 3 air conditioned bedrooms, all with en suite bathrooms.
Huge open plan lounge/ dining/ kitchen area opening on to a
lovely 9 meter pool. Maid, gardener and security services
included. Situated in a very private and peaceful location yet
only a 10 minute stroll to Senggigi beaches and within easy
reach (3km) of all the restaurants and amenities of Senggigi
village.
Completed in 2009,
this superb villa offers everything that you could wish for for
a luxurious, yet peaceful, holiday. The villa is situated in a
most tranquil position on a single plot at the end of a 'no
through' lane on the outskirts of the Hindu village of Batu
Layar (where there is no mosque to disturb you!) yet is close to
the west coast beaches and the amenities of Senggigi village.
The extensive open plan living area, which opens on to the
swimming pool, contains many traditional Indonesian artifacts
and furnishings, has seating for 10 and dining table and chairs
for 8. It also has satellite TV. There are 3 large, air
conditioned bedrooms. Bedroom 1 has a 1.8m (6ft) bed and
unsuited bathroom with bath and shower and dressing room,
Bedroom 2 has a 1.6 m (5ft 4in) bed plus a 1.2 m (4ft) bed and
unsuited bathroom with shower. Bedroom 3 has a 1.8m (6ft) bed
and unsuited bathroom with shower. The well tended terraced
garden has an abundance of tropical plants and shrubs and an
enticing 9m X 4m X 1.5m deep pool. The shaded gazebo, with it's
sun loungers and deck chairs, which is adjacent to the pool, is
the ideal place to relax and enjoy this tropical paradise.
Lombok, situated about 20 miles south east of Bali, is a
fascinating island. and is said to be what Bali was like 30
years ago. You will find beautiful empty beaches the length of
the west and south coasts, wonderful friendly people, a way of
life that you will envy and prices that are amazingly
affordable. Lombok is also famous for its diving and snorkeling
- particularly off the Gili Islands - which are well worth a
visit for the diving, beaches and atmosphere. Your stay at Villa

Cancellation Notice :
During Low Season
No Cancellation
Fee will be charged on cancellation received by us 10 days
prior to arrival date and for cancellation received less
than 10 days prior to arrival 1 (one) night room charge plus
applicable 21% for government tax & service charges will be
applied and in event of no show or on same day cancellation
notice is subject to full amount of total room booked.
During High & Peak Season (From 20th July to 31st August,
20th December to 5th January).
A cancellation fee of an amount equal to the entire value of
the booking will be applied for all cancellation less than
30 days of arrival.

Remarks: For December 20th - January 5th bookings,
Term and Condition : Minimum 3 nights stay required, No
Arrival and Departure on 31st December and on 1st January.

Extra-person charges may apply and vary depending on hotel
policy.

the time of check-in.

Photo identification and credit card or cash deposit are
required at check-in for incidental charges.

Special requests are subject to availability upon check-in and

Payment Procedure & Booking Confirmation

pleased to work on pre-payment system and therefore your
booking is automatically confirmed with confirmation number &
code, once you have done the wire transfer to our account.

will be made if you decide to check-out earlier than the
reservation made.
