MEETING ROOM

BIMA BALLROOM
Designed for special themed occasions, large meetings and gala dinners, the BIMA Ballroom is an elegat and elaborate modern-style room with all the modern facilities required for high-quality presentations. BIMA 1, 2 and 3 can be utilized separately for smaller events, or combined to host meeting functions for up to 350 people theatre style or a standing reception for 800 people.

ARJUNA ROOM
Located adjacent to the main lobby, teh ARJUNA Room can be accommodate up to 40 people for a classroom-style conference and up to 60 people for standing style reception.

NAKULA ROOM
NAKULA is a meeting room adjacent for the foyer/perfection area and is ideal for VIP waiting rooms, secretariat offices or simply for boadroom style meetings for up to 25 persons.

SADEWA ROOM
Similar in size and located right next to NAKULA Room, the SADEWA Room can be used for the same purpose as NAKULA Room.

Hotel Room Rates
 

Our Rates are inclusive:

1. Daily Breakfast for 2 people only, if more than 2 people, additional charge shall be applied accordingly

2. Rate inclusive 21% for Government tax & service charge

3. Occupancy of Rooms: No Charge for 1 kid aged 8 years and under sharing bed with parent

4. If an extra bed needed, there will be additional charge of USD 25 net/pax /day.

Cancellation Notice :

During Low Season

No Cancellation Fee will be charged on cancellation received by us 10 days prior to arrival date and for cancellation received less than 10 days prior to arrival 1 (one) night room charge plus applicable 21% for government tax & service charges will be applied and in event of no show or on same day cancellation notice is subject to full amount of total room booked.

During High & Peak Season (From 20th July to 31st August, 20th December to 5th January).
A cancellation fee of an amount equal to the entire value of the booking will be applied for all cancellation less than 30 days of arrival.

Terms & Conditions

• Remarks: For December 20th - January 5th bookings, Term and Condition : Minimum 3 nights stay required, No Arrival and Departure on 31st December and on 1st January.

• Extra-person charges may apply and vary depending on hotel policy.

• Guests must show current government-issued proof of identity at the time of check-in.

• Photo identification and credit card or cash deposit are required at check-in for incidental charges.

• Special requests are subject to availability upon check-in and may incur additional charges. Special requests cannot be guaranteed.

Payment Procedure & Booking Confirmation

1. We are so pleased to work on pre-payment system and therefore your booking is automatically confirmed with confirmation number & code, once you have done the wire transfer to our account.

2. No refund will be made if you decide to check-out earlier than the reservation made.

3. We are not responsible for any bank charges.
