Lombok is also a surfers dream, as well as a beach lover’s
paradise. The 30 meter pool is decked out with tons of chairs
and umbrellas. It overlooks the crystal clear ocean and it is
extremely easy to spend the whole day relaxing here under the
sun. The villa-styled rooms are nicely designed and have private
balconies. A restaurant on-site serves meals that are equally as
good as what you would find back home. Professional management
and service, beautiful gardens, and great atmosphere puts this

The Villas are a tasteful mixture of modern architecture combined
with the architectural style of Lombok and Bali. Designed by Joost
Van Grieken, the renowned Dutch architect residing in Bali, Qunci
Villas is specifically designed to take full advantage of the
stunning views across the exotic gardens out across the sparkling
blue waters of the Lombok Straits.
The rooms comprise a minimum spacious 40 sq meters of living space
and boasts all the creature comforts that travelers have come to
expect from Boutique Hotels while simultaneously blending in
traditional material. The decor of the Villas feature cool and
refreshing natural polished timbers, warm and inviting textiles,
comfortable furnishings, and a touch of local art, all of which
provides our guests with a restful and relaxing vacation in a
local environment.
Swimming Pool
Qunci Villas boasts a 15-meter beachfront swim pool with a
pool-length, underwater bench perfect for relaxing on and enjoying
the spectacular Lombok sunsets with Bali's Mount Gunung Agung as
the idyllic backdrop.
Bar and Restaurant
Your stay at Qunci Villas includes a complimentary breakfast,
served either at the privacy of your room's veranda or at the Bai
Bar & Grill Restaurant.
Bar & Grill is located at the beachfront of Qunci Villas to offer
you a peaceful beginning to your day in Lombok. With calm waves
lapping at the shores of Mangsit Beach, and Mt Gunung Agung of
Bali rising on the horizon, Bai Bar & Grill is the place to relax
and enjoy your meals and drinks in Lombok. Bai Bar & Grill is open
from 7 am to 11 pm and serves a Happy Hour from 5 pm to 7 pm.
Dinner may be served either on the premises of the restaurant or
on the beach facing serene rolling waves while fisherman's boats
float in the distance using their small lanterns to fish under the
evening's moon. By special request, Qunci Villas also has
available a private dinning area for 2 under a Balinese Bale for
your enjoyment

Cancellation Notice :
During Low Season
No Cancellation
Fee will be charged on cancellation received by us 10 days
prior to arrival date and for cancellation received less
than 10 days prior to arrival 1 (one) night room charge plus
applicable 21% for government tax & service charges will be
applied and in event of no show or on same day cancellation
notice is subject to full amount of total room booked.
During High & Peak Season (From 20th July to 31st August,
20th December to 5th January).
A cancellation fee of an amount equal to the entire value of
the booking will be applied for all cancellation less than
30 days of arrival.

Remarks: For December 20th - January 5th bookings,
Term and Condition : Minimum 3 nights stay required, No
Arrival and Departure on 31st December and on 1st January.

Extra-person charges may apply and vary depending on hotel
policy.

the time of check-in.

Photo identification and credit card or cash deposit are
required at check-in for incidental charges.

Special requests are subject to availability upon check-in and

guaranteed.
Payment Procedure & Booking Confirmation

pleased to work on pre-payment system and therefore your
booking is automatically confirmed with confirmation number &
code, once you have done the wire transfer to our account.

No refund
will be made if you decide to check-out earlier than the
reservation made.
