The Imaj Private
Villa located upon batu Layar Hill, is Only 15 minutes from
Mataram Airport and 10 minutes from the Senggigi nightlife you
will feel as if you are a world away in this spectacular
hill-top resort, consisting of 4 enormous private villas; 2x3
bedroom, 1x2 bedroom and 1 honeymoon, each complete with private
courtyard and pool. Also on offer are 3x1 bedroom suites which
have a shared lagoon pool and beautiful gardens.

Accommodation
Experience privacy in an incomparable, almost monastic
atmosphere… each of the 4 villas are equipped with a private
pool so that you can bathe in complete privacy while enjoying
the spectacular views on offer. Alternatively you may prefer one
of 3 suites which surround a gigantic lagoon pool and wooden
deck.Relax in the spacious air-conditioned bedrooms with
luxurious 500 thread count Egyptian cotton sheets and enormous
ensuite bathrooms. Be entertained and enjoy the comforts of home
like TV, CD and DVD selection, or while away the hours enjoying
one of the many novels from our library. At Imaj Private Villas
your privacy, security and comfort are our highest priority,
allowing our high profile guests much awaited solitude and
relaxation.

Service
Our staff can help you create the perfect tour package, our
experienced driver and air-conditioned vehicle will make your
tour comfortable and enjoyable, also at the resort you will find
mountain bikes and snorkeling equipment.
Be sure to take a stroll around the resort, you certainly won’t
want to miss the Day Spa which offers a fabulous range of full
body and beauty treatments designed to rejuvenate, refresh and
restore. The holistic, no-stress approach ensures that guests
leave the Spa feeling renewed and rebalanced, from the inside
out.
Utterly tranquil and totally private, the Day Spa's open-air
massage pavilions with twin massage beds are heaven on earth.
Caring and highly trained therapists soothe and pamper clients
with their exotic treatments. One Javanese specialty is Mandi
Lulur, a revitalizing massage followed by bathing in tropical
flowers. Here you will also bathe in milk and honey, fruits,
herbs and spices in a range of blissful massages, wraps and
scrubs from around the world. The perfect way to unwind after an
adventure filled day.
Dining:
We have two amazing chef’s onsite. We have a menu in each room.
Our butlers will ask you what time you would like your meals and
if you decide to eat in, your meals will be served in your
private dining area.

Our Rates are

Cancellation Notice :
During Low Season
No Cancellation
Fee will be charged on cancellation received by us 10 days
prior to arrival date and for cancellation received less
than 10 days prior to arrival 1 (one) night room charge plus
applicable 21% for government tax & service charges will be
applied and in event of no show or on same day cancellation
notice is subject to full amount of total room booked.
During High & Peak Season (From 20th July to 31st August,
20th December to 5th January).
A cancellation fee of an amount equal to the entire value of
the booking will be applied for all cancellation less than
30 days of arrival.

Remarks: For December 20th - January 5th bookings,
Term and Condition : Minimum 3 nights stay required, No
Arrival and Departure on 31st December and on 1st January.

Extra-person charges may apply and vary depending on hotel
policy.

Guests must show current government-issued proof of identity at
the time of check-in.

Photo identification and credit card or cash deposit are
required at check-in for incidental charges.

Special requests are subject to availability upon check-in and
may incur additional charges. Special requests cannot be
guaranteed.
Payment Procedure & Booking Confirmation

We are so
pleased to work on pre-payment system and therefore your
booking is automatically confirmed with confirmation number &
code, once you have done the wire transfer to our account.

No refund
will be made if you decide to check-out earlier than the
reservation made.
