Bola Bola Paradis
is a kind hearted hotel with a beautiful tropical garden
directly at sea with a white sandy beach and a coral reef. With
only 11 guestrooms a guarantee for personal care and attention.
3 rooms are situated in the central half-open house and 8 rooms
are located in two big round bungalows.
All of them have a paved terrace and sea view. The buildings are
built by hand and in traditional style, fully in harmony with
the surroundings. A paradise for sun-worshippers, rest-seekers,
skin-diving and surfboarding. The blue bay invites you to swim,
snorkel, fish and sail. The hotel boat, "Bola Bola Express",
brings you to the many bounty islands offshore to discover their
breathtaking underwater world.
The Staff
We are very proud that we have built the hotel from the first
start. What can you expect? Personal attention and care during
your stay. The rooms are cleaned daily and bed linen and towels
if required (part of our environmental policy). Our chef Iluh is
well known for her daily fresh preparation of the dishes. The
Indonesian and European cuisine, especially the Italian cuisine
is favorite. Do you have special wishes that are not on the
menu? No problem, if you ask Mustika, the Operation Manager, we
can customize your menu. Would you like to relax at the bar with
an Indonesian cocktail? Nyoman, the lady bartender, knows all
about mixing drinks. A trip with the boat? Nasiah is your
boatman. Want to go on a trip in Lombok? In cooperation with
tour operators we can offer you various tours by car, including
driver and guide. We can plan your trip according to your
wishes. If you want to relax in the tropical garden at the
beach, your sun bed is ready. Of course we offer
'beach-service', so you can enjoy your drinks or meals at the
beach.
Sarisah takes care of all the flowers and plants. Suryo is the
general manager, making sure that everything runs smoothly.

Cancellation Notice :
During Low Season
No Cancellation
Fee will be charged on cancellation received by us 10 days
prior to arrival date and for cancellation received less
than 10 days prior to arrival 1 (one) night room charge plus
applicable 21% for government tax & service charges will be
applied and in event of no show or on same day cancellation
notice is subject to full amount of total room booked.
During High & Peak Season (From 20th July to 31st August,
20th December to 5th January).
A cancellation fee of an amount equal to the entire value of
the booking will be applied for all cancellation less than
30 days of arrival.

Remarks: For December 20th - January 5th bookings,
Term and Condition : Minimum 3 nights stay required, No
Arrival and Departure on 31st December and on 1st January.

Extra-person charges may apply and vary depending on hotel
policy.

Guests must show current government-issued proof of identity at
the time of check-in.

Photo identification and credit card or cash deposit are
required at check-in for incidental charges.

Special requests are subject to availability upon check-in and
may incur additional charges. Special requests cannot be
guaranteed.
Payment Procedure & Booking Confirmation

We are so
pleased to work on pre-payment system and therefore your
booking is automatically confirmed with confirmation number &
code, once you have done the wire transfer to our account.

No refund
will be made if you decide to check-out earlier than the
reservation made.
