Homestay is one of the oldest place in Kuta Lombok. Famous
as a backpacker's place with basic facilities and very good
rates. Located in the center of Kuta Beach with beautiful
restaurant overlooking the sea.
Segare Anak Homestay gets advantage from the Perama Shuttle Bus
as it has been used for their shuttle bus ticketing office and
drop passengers from various destination in Bali or Senggigi.
Segare Anak is also a postal agent and you can use them for
poste restante (get mail addressed to you at Segare Anak, Kuta
Beach, Lombok Tengah, Nusa Tenggara Barat 8357, Indonesia);
otherwise, the nearest post office is in Sengkol or Mataram.

Our Rates are

Cancellation Notice :
During Low Season
No Cancellation
Fee will be charged on cancellation received by us 10 days
prior to arrival date and for cancellation received less
than 10 days prior to arrival 1 (one) night room charge plus
applicable 21% for government tax & service charges will be
applied and in event of no show or on same day cancellation
notice is subject to full amount of total room booked.
During High & Peak Season (From 20th July to 31st August,
20th December to 5th January).
A cancellation fee of an amount equal to the entire value of
the booking will be applied for all cancellation less than
30 days of arrival.

Remarks: For December 20th - January 5th bookings,
Term and Condition : Minimum 3 nights stay required, No
Arrival and Departure on 31st December and on 1st January.

Extra-person charges may apply and vary depending on hotel
policy.

Guests must show current government-issued proof of identity at
the time of check-in.

Photo identification and credit card or cash deposit are
required at check-in for incidental charges.

Special requests are subject to availability upon check-in and
may incur additional charges. Special requests cannot be
guaranteed.
Payment Procedure & Booking Confirmation

We are so
pleased to work on pre-payment system and therefore your
booking is automatically confirmed with confirmation number &
code, once you have done the wire transfer to our account.

No refund
will be made if you decide to check-out earlier than the
reservation made.

responsible for any bank charges.
