Featuring 102 beautiful rooms, suites, traditional Sasak and
private pool villas set amongst tropical lush gardens, Novotel
Lombok is the essence of relaxation and tranquility. All 74
superior and deluxe rooms are beautifully appointed using local
textures and modern design. We also offer 15 traditional Sasak
villas and 10 exclusive private pool villas in 1 or 2 bedroom
configuration.

Hotel Novotel
Kuta Lombok is the only international standard hotel on Kuta
beach area South of Lombok. The hotel can be reached by vehicles
with takes approximately 1.5 hours from Selaparang Airport –
Mataram and 2 hours from the port sheet. This place is an ideal
place to throw away all tiredness.
Novotel hotel-style house was built by architect Sasak
indigenous tribes who inhabited most of the island of Lombok,
and from this place a lot of interesting places that can be
visited like: Traditional House in Hamlet SASAK Sade and
Rambitan and for those of you who love water sports like:
Surfing, Learning diving or other water sports activities.
Besides it is environment of mainstay attractions on the island
of Lombok, is also located adjacent to LOMBOK INTERNATIONAL
AIRPORT or better known as BIL, this place also provides a
variety of local accessories that can be found in Art Market
hotel complex.
For those of you who like to swim at sea, only a few steps you
can enjoy the chill of the sea coast of southern Lombok. Every
year approximately December of this place often held BAU NYALE
festival that has been scheduled by the local government.

Notification and
fees
The following mandatory hotel-imposed fees are charged and
collected by the hotel either at check-in or check-out.
The above list may
not be comprehensive. Mandatory hotel-imposed fees may not
include tax and are subject to change. The following fees and
deposits are charged by the property at time of service,
check-in, or check-out.
1. Airport shuttle fee per adult: USD 13 (one way)
2. Deposit: USD 100 per stay
3. Late check-out: USD 40
4. Fee for in-room high-speed Internet (wired): USD 11 per
24-hour period (rates may vary)

Cancellation Notice :
During Low Season
No Cancellation
Fee will be charged on cancellation received by us 10 days
prior to arrival date and for cancellation received less
than 10 days prior to arrival 1 (one) night room charge plus
applicable 21% for government tax & service charges will be
applied and in event of no show or on same day cancellation
notice is subject to full amount of total room booked.
During High & Peak Season (From 20th July to 31st August,
20th December to 5th January).
A cancellation fee of an amount equal to the entire value of
the booking will be applied for all cancellation less than
30 days of arrival.

Remarks: For December 20th - January 5th bookings,
Term and Condition : Minimum 3 nights stay required, No
Arrival and Departure on 31st December and on 1st January.

Extra-person charges may apply and vary depending on hotel
policy.

Guests must show current government-issued proof of identity at
the time of check-in.

Photo identification and credit card or cash deposit are
required at check-in for incidental charges.

Special requests are subject to availability upon check-in and

Payment Procedure & Booking Confirmation

pleased to work on pre-payment system and therefore your
booking is automatically confirmed with confirmation number &
code, once you have done the wire transfer to our account.

No refund
will be made if you decide to check-out earlier than the
reservation made.
