Facilities and
Service
All bungalows are fully Air-Conditioned, TV, DVD, CD, Tea and
Coffee making facilities, western style of bathroom, hot and
cold water, book swap facilities, laundry service.
We also can arrange airport transfers, speedboat transfers and
tour to all the three gilis with glass bottom boat.

Our Rates are
inclusive:

Daily Breakfast for 2 people
only, if more than 2 people, additional charge shall be
applied accordingly.

Occupancy of Rooms: No Charge
for 1 kid aged 8 years and under sharing bed with parent

If an extra bed needed, there
will be additional charge of USD net/pax /day.
Cancellation Notice :
During Low Season
No Cancellation
Fee will be charged on cancellation received by us 10 days
prior to arrival date and for cancellation received less
than 10 days prior to arrival 1 (one) night room charge plus
applicable 21% for government tax & service charges will be
applied and in event of no show or on same day cancellation
notice is subject to full amount of total room booked.
During High & Peak Season (From 20th July to 31st August,
20th December to 5th January).
A cancellation fee of an amount equal to the entire value of
the booking will be applied for all cancellation less than
30 days of arrival.

Conditions

Remarks: For December 20th - January 5th bookings,
Term and Condition : Minimum 3 nights stay required, No
Arrival and Departure on 31st December and on 1st January.

Extra-person charges may apply and vary depending on hotel
policy.

Guests must show current government-issued proof of identity at
the time of check-in.

Photo identification and credit card or cash deposit are
required at check-in for incidental charges.

Special requests are subject to availability upon check-in and
may incur additional charges. Special requests cannot be
guaranteed.
Payment Procedure & Booking Confirmation

We are so
pleased to work on pre-payment system and therefore your
booking is automatically confirmed with confirmation number &
code, once you have done the wire transfer to our account.

No refund
will be made if you decide to check-out earlier than the
reservation made.

We are not
responsible for any bank charges.
