Gili Palms Resort
Hotel
is located on the beautiful island of Gili Trawangan which
is in a group of three small islands just a few kilometers
offshore from Lombok. The resort was built in 2010 and consists
of 14 rooms with bathroom, air conditioning, led tv with DVD and
our own power generator backup as the supply on the island can
be quite unstable. One of the rarest things and maybe the
biggest attraction on the island is that there are no cars or
motorbikes to disturb the peace. Also dogs are not allowed on
the island. The islands are very relaxed and laid-back, with
countless little beachside cafes still playing reggae and
serving up plenty of drinks, but also at the other end of the
scale, elaborate seafood buffets, fresh salads and good quality
western and Asian food is also on offer.
Gili Palms resort is a small and intimate resort where guest
satisfaction is a priority getting to Lombok and Gili Trawangan
is easy with a number of convenient options available.

Cancellation Notice :
During Low Season
No Cancellation
Fee will be charged on cancellation received by us 10 days
prior to arrival date and for cancellation received less
than 10 days prior to arrival 1 (one) night room charge plus
applicable 21% for government tax & service charges will be
applied and in event of no show or on same day cancellation
notice is subject to full amount of total room booked.
During High & Peak Season (From 20th July to 31st August,
20th December to 5th January).
A cancellation fee of an amount equal to the entire value of
the booking will be applied for all cancellation less than
30 days of arrival.

Remarks: For December 20th - January 5th bookings,
Term and Condition : Minimum 3 nights stay required, No
Arrival and Departure on 31st December and on 1st January.

Extra-person charges may apply and vary depending on hotel
policy.

Guests must show current government-issued proof of identity at
the time of check-in.

Photo identification and credit card or cash deposit are
required at check-in for incidental charges.

Special requests are subject to availability upon check-in and
may incur additional charges. Special requests cannot be
guaranteed.
Payment Procedure & Booking Confirmation

We are so
pleased to work on pre-payment system and therefore your
booking is automatically confirmed with confirmation number &
code, once you have done the wire transfer to our account.

No refund
will be made if you decide to check-out earlier than the
reservation made.
